I was very happy with my mug purchases. They were customized perfectly and as I said, packaged very well. One note, perhaps make the font bigger on the delivery address. The "6" looked like an "8", so initially it was delivered to the wrong address but the postal worker caught it the next day and delivered them to me personally. Overall, very happy with your service.
