    I was skeptical ordering from a site that I found in a sponsored Facebook ad.
    Navigating the site and finding the item I wanted was easy.
    When purchasing the item, I was not given the opportunity to add expedited shipping, which I wanted because I needed the item delivered before I left for vacation.

    After purchase experience was a little stressful because the app you are told to download to track your item doesn’t give much information.
    However, I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful.

    I ended up receiving the item early.

    Very happy with the item and the overall experience.

    I purchased my wife a necklace for our 48 wedding anniversary. With the mahogany box. I received the necklace but in a cheap cardboard box. I paid good money for it so I expected to get what I paid for. Very disappointing.
