The door mat is perfect! Everyone who has seen it has loved it. Customer service was very good although at some point I was very frustrated because it had been over a month and the item had not arrived. They would always kindly reply to all my emails. What made it frustrating was that when I tried to track it the tracking was invalid. However I did receive it and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I would only recommend that they let the customers know that shipping takes long as well as use a tracking system that the customer can use otherwise like me they might think the company is a scam. Also just fyi I think they offer different qualities for the mat the one I got is thin and it’s really for inside more or if it’s to be outside it would be better on a covered porch.

I placed an order for the doormat as a wedding gift to dog lover friends and it arrived so nice! It’s soft. Better quality than I expected. Worth the wait. Will order one for myself.
