    FAQs

Choose a standard pillow for a personalized accent, or a Pocket Pillow for front storage. Personalization options vary by design.

An option labelled “Pillow (Insert Included)” includes the pillow insert. Check the selected option on your chosen design rather than relying on the product title alone.

On designs offering both, 12 × 12 inches is a compact accent; 18 × 18 inches creates a larger display. Compare the measurements with a cushion you own.

For photo-upload designs, choose a sharp, well-lit image with the face clearly visible. Follow the design’s upload guide.

The square pillow designs featured here recommend a damp cloth for light cleaning. Check your chosen design’s care instructions before washing, including whether they apply to the cover, filling, or both.
