I received my mug on time and the craftsman ship is awesome exactly like the picture. But it arrived with a chip at the rim so I emailed support and they were quick to respond and Quinn got me a replacement in the mail. Can’t wait for it to arrive so I can give to my daughter.
I bought this mug for my sister - it has a picture of her and my mom on it - it says - I am always with you. It came our beautiful and I know my sister is going to love it when she opens it on Christmas morning. I always sneak a present under her tree from my mom so this one is going to be special.
